If you are a Junior or Senior in college and are looking for some real world experience, 540 offers internships in various departments throughout the year. If you're interested in learning more about the Marketing, Sponsorship, PR, Sales, or Merchandising and Design side of the action sports business then 540 is the best place to do your internship.
540 has an unpaid-credit-based internship program. You must be able to show that you are receiving school credit for your work in order to qualify. Sorry, we do not provide living assistance.
Web Design Internship
Internships are available for students interested in refining their design skills. Web Design Intern will work with 540 web team to develop, design and maintain websites for a wide variety of 540 clients. A passion for action sports, music fashion or other youth culture is a strong plus.
Design skills in Photoshop, Flash and Dreamweaver a must. Ideal candidate shall also be comfortable performing real-time site updates and using FTP. A background in Actionscript, CSS and Illustrator a plus.
