Head chef Eric Ziebold provides a warm and welcoming environment in this uniquely designed restaurant with inviting geometric designs, twenty foot ceilings and dark tones. The signature restaurant in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, the dishes can best be described at Modern American, although a few international touches have been added, as found in the veal shank with potato gnocchi. The wine list features an impressive eight-hundred varietals while the bar houses rare single malt scotches and cognacs. While the food menu may be a bit on the pricey side, an experience in this fine dining establishment is priceless and will win the favor of anyone who has the opportunity to stop by.

  • As a bro you always need to appear fresh and full of energy.

  • Unsaturated fats. Monounsaturated fats. Polyunsaturated fats. Saturated fats.

  • Now, you can get that crucial omega-3 fix without any fishy business: brands such as Nordic Naturals offer supplements, you can buy foods fortified with omega-3 fatty acids such as eggs, or you can simply add omega-rich foods like flaxseed oil or walnuts to your diet roundup.

  • People (yeah that's you too) are more likely to overeat when they’re stressed out, especially when the problem is work-related.

  • Whether you are a young bro first starting out in the world, or an older pro that still rides motocross on the weekend, you all need to know that your rugged (or not so rugged) good looks start from the inside-out!
