Eat Frequently
As a bro you always need to appear fresh and full of energy. Sometimes when you are on the go you do not always have time to maintain the best eating habits. But eating the right stuff at the right time can help you maintain that zest.
One thing you can do to keep yourself on the go is to eat every four to five hours. Three meals a day just is not the way to go anymore. Just like cars, our body and brain spend fuel and without it they start to sputter. Doing this also helps prevent dips in your blood sugar level, which could lead you to feeling tired and irritable.
Be sure, however, that the food you eat every four to five hours is not heavy in carbs or fat, and that the meal itself is not huge. Hover around the four hundred calorie area as your body can more easily digest smaller meals and provide you with that energy that is going to maintain a highly energetic bro.
