A hit TV show and one of Hollywood's hottest babes on his arm: Penn Badgley's got it made. The newest It girl of the teen set, girlfriend Blake Lively first gained popularity in her role as sporty, fearless Bridget in the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants films. With a starring role on Gossip Girl, her star has skyrocketed. Badgley, on the other hand, was largely unknown before Gossip Girl's 2007 premiere on the CW network. Though he's only 22, Badgley's past was filled with a string of critically-acclaimed but commercially-unpopular vehicles which were canceled during their first season.
